City of Gainesville Form-based Codes Visualization

City of Gainesville has accepted the proposal of implementing Form-based codes in several zoning districts. In my thesis for the master’s degree, I was trying to visualize the urban form if implemented with Gainesville form-based codes, and compare it to the existing buildings. This webscene shows a part of the zoning district with a comparison of form-based code results and the existing urban buildings.
