Infill Development Plan for a Vacant Site Northeast of University of Florida

This portfolio is shown in Story Map format, which contains two SketchUp projects that I did for the internship and for school work.

The first page shows a model representing the proposed redevelopment plan in Port Wentworth, GA. The goal of the community plan is to make the redevelopment site a human place by promoting walkability, residential density, lighting, and aesthetic aspects.

The second page shows a proposal for an infill development right north of the University of Florida campus.  This design contains a multi-functional shopping center, and mix-use development. Its purpose is to promote residential density, and attract human activities.
